My Goals ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use My Goals: • Account information: your name and email address, provided via OAuth (Manus authentication). • Usage data: goals, tasks, categories, and settings you create within the app. • Technical data: browser type, device type, and anonymised usage analytics (page views, session duration) via Umami — a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to: • Provide and improve the My Goals service. • Authenticate you and maintain your session. • Store and sync your goals and tasks. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Manus infrastructure. File uploads (goal cover images) are stored in an S3-compatible object storage. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) does not use cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your account and all associated data. • Export your data at any time using the Export feature in Settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of My Goals after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
