1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My Goals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
My Goals is a personal goal-tracking web application that allows users to create goals, manage tasks, and monitor progress. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use My Goals, you must authenticate via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
5. Early Access and Pricing
My Goals is currently in early access. The first 100 registered users receive free access to all features permanently. After the first 100 users, a paid plan may be introduced for new registrations. Early-access users will never be charged for features available at the time of their registration.
6. Data and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we do not guarantee against data loss. Use the Export feature in Settings to download your data at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of My Goals are the intellectual property of the service owner. You retain ownership of the content you create (goals, tasks, descriptions). You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Goals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of My Goals after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice.
